The cost of a membership plan depends on the number of people in your organization and the type of services you need. Generally speaking, their plans start around $50 per person per month for basic coworking access, and can go up to over $200 per person per month for office space and additional services. For example, you can book coworking space or private offices by the day and meeting rooms by the hour at select locations, starting at $29/day + tax.

WeWork Payment Methods:

WeWork accepts various payment methods depending on the country and membership type. Generally, payment options include credit cards, debit cards, bank debit (ACH), and wire transfers.

For WeWork On Demand users, payments can be made using a valid debit or credit card. Each booking is charged directly to the card on file. Cash, checks, or other forms of payment are not accepted.

Monthly and annual payment plans are available, with potential discounts for longer-term commitments. Payment method options are communicated during the sign-up process and can be managed through Account Central.

Primary Members or Billing Contacts can update or remove payment methods. Changes in payment methods may result in changes in the service retainer amount.

For accounts with 10 or more desks in specific countries, credit card payments are no longer accepted. Instead, bank debit (ACH) and wire transfers are required.
